How you can help

The BC Band is currently comprised of a concert band, a pep band, and a drumline, but with support from you the program could grow to provide even more performance opportunities for local area students. Generous community support recently helped the BC Drumline purchase some much needed concert percussion instruments, but even the smallest contribution can continue to make an impact!

By making a tax deductible donation to the BC Band program, you can put instruments in the hands of students and help to offset the cost of ongoing equipment repairs. Your contribution will also impact our community by helping cover the increasing transportation expenses of performing at local events and festivals.

Maybe you have an old instrument in your attic, or perhaps you can provide a good or service that would otherwise benefit the band. No matter how you feel you can support the program, we’d love to hear from you! Send us an email, or contact the BC Foundation directly to learn more about all the ways you can contribute.

Tax deductible donations can be made payable to the Bakersfield College Foundation along with a note stating that you want your donation to go to the Renegade Pep Band/ Drumline:
